The policy of Craig Medical is not to solicit its customers by e-mail. E-mail addresses are used only to confirm receipt of orders placed with our company and for shipment notification. Customer E-mail addresses are not stored in any database or otherwise retrievable format after 90 days following completion of a transaction and no further e-mail communications of any kind with customers is done. Limited Personal Identification information is provided to shipping agents in order to deliver products to our customers. This information is limited to Name, Company Name (if applicable), address of the party shipped to (USPS, UPS, DHL) and telephone number (FEDEX only). Customer information including name, address, telephone number, email address and product ordered are retained in a secure sales history database located only at our physical location of business. Confidential customer information including credit card type, number and expiration date are deleted from our sales database after 90 days. Any hardcopy reports containing this confidential information are shredded and destroyed. If customers wish to modify any information contained in our sales database during the 90 day period prior to deletion, they may do so by sending an e-mail to customer service. The collection of personal identity information is done for the sole purpose of completing a sales transaction. Craig Medical Distribution Inc. is the sole entity collecting such information. When customers begin the order process on our e-commerce site, a temporary "cookie" or digital signature is issued for the purpose of indicating and remembering the items ordered or the current contents of the active "shopping cart". No personally identifiable information is tied to this "cookie". This cookie is temporary and expires after any of the following events take place: the order is completed, the order is cancelled or the customer leaves the craigmedical.com site. Customers electing not to accept cookies through their web browser option will be unable to order more that one line item per order.
Security and encryption of confidential customer information given during the order process is certified by
VeriSign Inc. through their issuance of a security key and certificate to our secure server indicating our compliance with the latest standards employed in internet security and data encryption technology. We are dedicated to our customers' security and privacy. All credit card transactions with our company are processed only by us directly. We do not automatically charge your credit card at the time of purchase. When your order is placed, your personal information is immediately encoded with a high level security algorithm on our secure server. Your information is then permanently removed from our server and transferred to a stand alone physically secure computer system. There is no outside access to this system. At the time of order shipment, your credit card is processed manually through our own proprietary credit card processing service. We verify your credit card transaction against your name, billing address, and CVV number with the card issuing bank to eliminate fraudulent transactions. If a transaction appears suspicious, we will call you to verify your order. We do not use any third party credit card processors. It is a common practice of some third party credit card processors to sell or share your customer information for the purpose of further solicitations. This will never happen with Craig Medical Distribution. Under no circumstances do we ever sell or share your purchase information with any third party for the purpose of solicitation.

court order or legal process served on our Web site. We offer a thirty (30) day, money back, satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment to qualify under this policy. Under federal regulations for in-vitro test devices, only unopened, sealed diagnostic or forensic tests, test containers or vials, or test kits may be returned for credit. Test devices such as fertility monitors, thermometers, alcohol breath analyzers, and other non disposable, reusable merchandise must be undamaged and in original condition with all components and packaging originally sent and may be subject to a restocking fee of 15-25%. Credit will be issued only after inspection of all returns for conformity to this policy. Returned merchandise not in conformance will be held for 30 days and the customer notified by e-mail as to their options. In all cases, we do not accept the return for credit of any item returned more than 30 days from shipment date. Any manufacturer warranty repairs or returns must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Original shipping costs are not refundable. All returns for credit must conform to the following procedure to insure accurate processing of credit issuance and/or replacement:
Important: Opened, used, unsealed or otherwise damaged in-vitro test kits cannot be returned under federal regulations and credit will not be issued. Returns sent postage due or freight collect will not be accepted. Craig Medical Distribution cannot be responsible for unsolicited returns without an assigned return authorization number. Shortages, receipt of incorrect merchandise or other problems pertaining to shipments received must be reported promptly within 7 (seven) calendar days of customer order receipt to be considered. Errors in received orders must be reported promptly within the seven day grace period to be corrected. Any errors in customer orders reported after 7 days of customer receipt will not be honored as valid. Report any shortages or incorrect shipments by e-mail to Customer Service stating the order number, order date and nature of the error. Due to the type of medical diagnostic products we carry, liability and regulatory restrictions prevent the sending of samples. Consequently, our policy is to charge for samples. If potential contract or volume accounts desire samples, they should be ordered normally in the smaller sales units available through our online ordering system. All sample costs including delivery charges will be refunded on subsequent volume purchases. We believe that the information contained on our website is comprehensive and detailed with regard to individual products. Consequently, we do not distribute product brochures or literature on request. Shipments are sent by the carrier, class and method requested by customers on their order entry form. We may substitute UPS or FEDEX for USPS service depending on destination at no additional cost to the customer. We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for in transit delivery times or service guidelines established by USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx or any other common carrier. Furthermore, we are not liable for shipment delays, lost shipments, stolen mail, clerical or typographical errors by customers during the order entry process, inclement weather, customs impounds or any other in transit delivery problem once a shipment has left our distribution facilities and is in the possession of a designated common carrier. Additional custom fees, duties and/or import restrictions are the sole responsibility of export customers.
